DIRECTOR OF GRANT OPERATIONS
Joyce Ybarra
As Director of Grant Operations, Joyce Ybarra is responsible for managing the Foundation’s day-to-day grantmaking. Joyce joined the Foundation in 2009 as Program Officer, possessing more than a decade of foundation and nonprofit experience. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served with Southern California Grantmakers as a Program Specialist while also serving as a Consultant Program Officer for the Los Angeles Immigrant Funders’ Collaborative. Joyce received her master’s degree in public health from University of California, Los Angeles and her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from University of California, Irvine.
